Collection of Routine Information

This website tracks basic information about our users. This includes, but is not limited to, IP addresses, browser and device details, timestamps, and referring pages. The information is tracked for routine administration and maintenance purposes, and is not tied to any data we may store about you for communications or program delivery.

Cookies

Where necessary, this website uses cookies to store information about our visitors’ preferences and history in order to better serve you and/or present you with customized content. We don’t store any identifying information about our website users through cookies.

Third Parties

Bethany Community Ministries wants to use the best possible tools to enable our business while respecting the privacy of our participants and stakeholders. Therefore, we want to be transparent about the tools that we use that may handle your data:

  • We use Webflow as our website builder and content management system; the data from some forms on this site will be stored in Webflow (for example, our contact form).
  • Webflow uses Cloudflare to host our site. This protects, limits, and restricts traffic to our site; furthermore it serves as a redistributor to promote greater access geographically.
  • We use Givebutter to process financial transactions (like donations and ticket sales) and to send our newsletter. Givebutter uses Stripe as its payment processor.
  • We use Google Analytics to track our website traffic and understand: how users are directed to our site; what kind of devices used to access it; what pages are visited, for how long, and what actions are taken; and the general location of our site visitors.
  • We use Airtable to capture and store some of our programmatic data securely, and in a format that allows our team to summarize and visualize it to deliver high quality services.

These and other third parties may use cookies, scripts, and/or web beacons to track user activities on this website in order to display advertisements and other information. Such tracking is done directly by the third parties through their own servers and is subject to their own privacy policies. This website has no access to or control over these cookies, scripts, and/or web beacons that may be used by third parties.
